WOYWW # 191

Good morning everyone-ooh it's dark. If you are wondering what this is all about go to Julia Dunnit's blog the stamping ground-http://stamping-ground.blogspot.co.uk/ and find out more. I have just realised my title is the wrong number, that's it I will leave the number off next time, it's too early. Not much to see scissors some flowers made from one of my Splodgeaway masks from last week, a Thin Jim acrylic block, scraps of card, a pot for bits. You can also see the next pink flower to be cut out tucked up against the lamp. Well that's it folks, yesterday's snow has been washed away by the rain, I am off to get ready for school. Keep warm.

  1. Morning Carol, Thankfully the rain came to wash away the snow yesterday, I was linedancing in the afternoon and the snow was coming and coming and big flakes too, it was an oooeeeeerrr feeling, but great that the rain then came.
Your 'work area' is about the same size as mine ha ha, do you think everyone crafts is a little bit of space ?? we all start with a big space and then all the 'stuff' starts encroaching and you end up in a foot square ha ha.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

    1. Will be a postage stamp size soon, anyway I have finished with my storage now, that really is as far as I can go. Was that your e-mail that was read out on one of the craft shows on create and craft last week or it could have been the week before, I always record them and watch as I craft so I could be running a week behind.Keep warm.

  2. I second what Patricia above says, I start out with a large space and then end up in about 12 inches square too, must be something in the crafter's genes. Happy WOYWW, Anne x #35

    1. It's all gone off the roads and pavements, you can see the odd grey pile in someone's garden where it was stacked or a melted snowman-aaw!

  8. I agree with the girls. I started with a massive desk on purpose but it's just re-covered as soon as it's tidied!

    1. I am hoping that because the actual work space is so small I will tidy after each project, and I am trying to avoid the floor- not doing too bad so far.

    1. Think it could be! You will have to hope you get snow followed by heavy rain in the same day like we did.

  11. Sorry to say Carole but the sun was well and truly up by the time my feet touched the carpet! Hmmm, agree with you about work spaces-how on earth does it happen?! Chris130

  12. I think most crafters work in 12inches of space carol as that is the only space left free on the desk, would need to have more light though. Happy WOYWW Hugs Mo x
