WOYWW

Good brightish touch of blue sky morning to you all. No it's not my breakfast! Shaving foam and mica sprays for backgrounds, sprays to one side, grunge backgrounds on other side, scissors, scalpel  ,palette knife. The foam has been there since yesterday afternoon school run and will stay there until after this mornings school run and I will see if it is still workable-waste not, want not!     never have done the shave foam backgrounds. I didn't realize that the foam would stay around that long. Guess I should give it a go! Thanks for sharing. Have a great week. Vickie #1

    Ooh, I love that technique! Never tried it the next day so look forward to your experiment with it. Looks like you had fun anyway.

    Oh phew - thought you were showing off your culinary "skills" for a moment (and I don't do cooking) but glad to say I realised it was shaving foam, even before reading your comments. Hope it holds out. Happy WOYWW and thanks for visiting me BJ#42 PS a friend did a similar dying thing using snow instead of shaving foam!! LOL

    Morning Carol, Missed your post yesterday, but the card is lovely, love that car stamp. I too, thought it was food at first, then realised it was the shaving foam technique. I first saw this on a Dawn Bibby DVD and was blown away, bought the shaving foam and there it sat, never tried the technique. Then just saw it on Sue's demo's and was blown away again, still got the shaving foam, must now try it ha ha. There aren't enough hours in the day for me ha ha.

      I have had 2 smart price foams under my desk for a while,so after seeing Sue, that spurred me on, I will have to get some cosmic shimmer mica sprays because these are a bit insipid. Have a good day, give it a go.

    Hi Carol, thanks for stopping by earlier...now... if I'm not allowed to chuck those stamped bits away that I'd sorted out, then you can't chuck that lovely looking grungey foam away..LOL.... At first, I wondered why you were showing us 'bubble and squeak'....ooops.     That looks most intriguing, Carol. How do you use it? Do you mix in the mica powder and then just spread it on? Details pleease!!!

    Thanks for your lovely comment. Yes, things are going ahead OK. I had a restful day yesterday but packed a couple of boxes before bed. Not much more to pack in my ARTHaven now (the worst room in the house to deal with!) and then I can proceed with the rest.
