Good afternoon everyone. A bright and windy one today, most of our snow has gone thanks to the heavy rain we had during the night, and it is warmer. Well today's card, can you tell I was in the flower drawer for my UIUs? They are nearly all roses from 2 sets of stamps, anyway I digress. Background Pan Pastels, and the rose stamp under the Kanban plain topper. Stamp and sentiment-Kanban, butterflies left over from my pink butterfly card are also Kanban. I made two male 21st's yesterday but they were taken and written before I had chance to photo them. I am going upstairs now to make a card for  Jake my grandson who will be 13 on .....oh tomorrow, must dash! keep warm and dry.

  1. Lovely card, gentle and feminine. Perfect antidote to male cards. ;-)
I'll bet your glad the snow has gone, we haven't had the snow, but still had the rain last night.

  2. Hi Carol, Yes, it poured down last night here too, and this morning most of the snow has gone, thankfully. I hope that is the last of the wretched stuff, for me, it should stay in pictures or on cards, that's my bah humbug out of the way ha ha.
Your card is so pretty and fresh and springlike, and I adore how you have decoupaged with the flower and stem stamp, gorgeous. The sun is streaming through my back window at the moment, will make the most of it while it's here ha ha.
    Lots of love from Patricia.
PS I missed your post yesterday, but your card is beautiful. xx

  7. Hi Carol - I've just popped over from my blog buddy Jenny's blog. Thought I would take a look at some of your cards. You have made some gorgeous creations and have used some of my favourite LOTV stamps!!! I think this is a great card with beautiful colours and I love the way the rosebud peeps out from under the diecut shape. I have just become your latest follower and will be back very shortly.

    Big crafty hugs Sue Pxxx
